Processing Time

All orders require an average of 2-5 business days for processing, production, and quality checks. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume periods.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. On average, customers can expect their package to arrive within 10–30 business days after shipment.

These factors are outside of our control but we will always do our best to ensure timely delivery.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We cannot modify or reroute a package once it has been shipped. If the address provided is incorrect and results in a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but reported as missing. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. However, we will assist you to the best of our ability in resolving the issue.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Import taxes, duties, and related charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time.
