Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at munjalab.shop@gmail.com. Please note that returns are handled by our production partners. We do not accept returns at our business address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our products, certain types of items cannot be returned:
No returns are accepted unless the item is defective
No refunds for incorrect size (please check the size chart before ordering)
No returns for buyer’s remorse
No returns for purchase made using gift cards
Do not send items back to us, unsolicited returns will not be processed
Exchanges
We do not offer size, style or color exchanges. Please refer carefully to the size chart before ordering (if between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size).
Right of Withdrawal
As our items are produced on demand specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or cancellations based on a change of mind. By placing an order, you acknowledge the abovementioned.
EU Right of Withdrawal - In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made to order or personalized. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the products are made to order and exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
